REFUND POLICY

At Fast Radiance Ltd, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Used products are accepted (we understand you need to try them to know if you like them).
  • You must provide your order number and the email address used at checkout.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return, please email us at hello@fastradiance.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • A photo of the product(s) if applicable

We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return or approve your request, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund on your statement.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product or colour, please return your original order and place a new one.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fastradiance.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@fastradiance.com and we will look into it.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards are non-refundable. Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
