Thank you for shopping with Fast Radiance. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
UK SHIPPING
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 5 to 8 business days. FREE on all orders.
We currently ship to the following regions:
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days. £5.99 (free over £60).
- United States and Canada: 7 to 14 business days. £7.99 (free over £75).
- Australia and New Zealand: 10 to 18 business days. £9.99 (free over £80).
- Rest of World: 10 to 21 business days. £9.99.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our tracking page at fastradiance.com/apps/tracking.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@fastradiance.com and we will investigate with our carrier. If your package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, carrier strikes, etc.).
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@fastradiance.com. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
